The Access ePPO plan provides comprehensive local coverage at an exceptional value. Access ePPO keeps costs low by limiting benefits specifically to participating dentists.
There are no co-payments for preventive and diagnostic services. If major services are needed, members only pay the co-payments listed in the member fee schedule - so no unpleasant surprises.

Make Your Benefit Dollars Go Further With Maximum Rollover |

DentaQuest PPO plan members can roll over a portion of their unused annual maximum benefit dollars for use the following year and beyond. Members can save and accumulate part of their unused benefit dollars from a healthy year and use it for larger, more expensive procedures in the future—such as bridges, crowns, and root canals.
To qualify, members must receive one cleaning or one oral exam in the plan year. In addition, your paid claims must not exceed the maximum “threshold” amount of your current annual plan maximum. (DentaQuest Maximum Rollover Brochure) |
